X-ray services

X-rays are a quick and easy way to look inside the human body. All general x-ray services are provided.

Harbour Radiology uses the latest digital x-ray system from SIEMENS to provide a low radiation dose and high quality images.

Please let the radiographer know before the examination if you are pregnant or you think there is any chance you could be pregnant.

There is no special preparation required to have an x-ray. You will be asked to change into a gown on the day of the test and you will need to remove all metallic objects including jewellery which can interfere with the images.
