Referring practitioners can contact our radiologists and experienced reception staff directly by texting +61 0483 930 499.
This number is directly monitored by our radiologists to ensure we provide efficient services to our referring clinicians and their team. Our team will text you back to resolve your query promptly, or otherwise call you for a further discussion.
By texting +61 0483 930 499, you will be able to ask any queries including:
- Ask any questions regarding scans or the most appropriate referral for your patients from our radiologists
- Check the status of a report
- Make or check appointments
- Contact any of our practice locations
You can also reach out by clicking the "Text us" button on the bottom right hand of the screen and selecting the "Doctor's Enquire Here" option.
